same here, tried reversing older FW, uninstalling SS and reinstalling, not working. Seems more wrong with last 2 FW. Even Music store is broken. reverting to older version helps but when updating to latest brakes 2fa on phone

Just happened to me for a TS-453A, so have raised a ticket.
TS-453A - 8GB in RAID 5 setup, linked to my MBP. Complete novice on anything QNAP / NAS but keen to learn more
