seeking ARM CPU owners! Any QNAP firmware!

Post by OneCD » Tue Apr 21, 2020 4:12 am

Hi all. :D

I'm compiling a table of NAS CPU specs to correctly determine compatible QPKGs, but I don't have any ARM units, so I'm hoping the community can help fill-in the blanks.

If you have any ARM-based QNAP NAS such as the following:
  • TS-110, TS-210, TS-410
  • TS-410U
  • TS-112, TS-212, TS-412
  • TS-412U
  • TS-119, TS-219
  • TS-219P, TS-419P
  • TS-119P+, TS-219P+, TS-419P+
  • TS-119P2, TS-219P2, TS-419P2
  • TS-419U
  • TS-419U+
  • TS-419U2
  • TS-120, TS-220, TS-420
  • TS-420U
  • TS-121, TS-221, TS-421
  • TS-421U
  • TS-228, TS-328
  • TS-131, TS-231, TS-431
  • TS-231+, TS-431+
  • TS-231P, TS-431P, TS-531P
  • TS-231P2, TS-431P2
  • ... and so on,
... can you please SSH into your NAS as the 'admin' user, run the following command string:

Code: Select all

getcfg MISC DISPLAY_NAME -d none -f /etc/platform.conf; getcfg "" Platform -d none -f /etc/platform.conf; uname -m
... then post the results back here? Please include your exact NAS model if it’s not shown in the results.

Thank you.

A folllow-up - thank you to everyone who posted their configs, this helps a lot. My understanding of QNAP arches is undergoing some correction.

Now a bonus question: does anyone have a QNAP model that returns "armv7h" when running 'uname -m'? If so, which one?
