It contains a ZhaoXin KX-U6580 8-core 2.5GHz processor. Passmark is pretty weak @~3k (low end Celeron) and the graphics chip is basically unknown (ZhaoXin C-960 Graphics )

Yet QNAP is advertising it's 4k HDMI output (wonder how many people will ask for KODI support .. lol)

Yup, it will be interesting to see how that CPU fares.

It is a dog but they have to start somewhere.

Seems to be quite slow on single core performance, so of course the way to achieve good numbers is to sprinkle cores richly!

Picked one up a few days ago, still not up and running fully as I'm waiting for some more components, but I just thought I'd drop in and confirm that Memtest86 boots successfully on it!
