Moving HDD to new Qnap NAs - any Caveat ?

Post by welshnut »

My TS-453 pro has died a death, resistor trick didn't resurrect it.

I'm looking to buy a replacement qnap host and just move my drives across to it (keeping the data intact), any caveats? Will any 4 bay qnap device work ?

Thanks

Si
