Helpdesk App Problem

Hi,
I've used the Helpdesk app to log a support issue however when I click on the "my tickets" button, I get a new window open with the following error:
404 - GET /undefineden/user/support NOT FOUND

what can I do to solve this? As far as I can see the app is upto date.

the "my Tickets" should open this url
https://service.qnap.com/en/user/support

works fine here

Not sure how to fix this other than submit another support ticket :lol:
