How to recover my admin account

Hello !
I've got a QNAP TS-128A.
I deseabled my account admin and created a new one.
I also deseabled ssh access ...
I wanted to connect to my qnap but I forgot the new admin login and password.

So I touched reset button on The Qnap to reset "admin" password : it resets the admin password, not the admin I created ...

I tried a ssh connexion : not allowed (i deseabled it cos security reasons ...)

In the mean time, I remembered the admin account I created.

I tried it with the default admin password ('admin') : it doesn't work ...

How can I manage my situation ?

Starting from QTS 4.4.2, the default password for “admin” is the first MAC address of your NAS without special characters. All letters should be uppercase.
