SSH in to your NAS as Admin
Run these commands -
rm /etc/config/ext_if.conf
nacli sync_ini /etc/config/ext_if.conf
problem setup openvpn connection

Just joining in.
All of a sudden, the VPN connection was not working on my Android devices (using OpenVPN app). On Windows it was still working fine.
This solution did solve the issue. Now everything is working fine again.
