Security Counselor reporting some invalid "Errors"

Security Counselor is reporting some anomalous readings to me:
- It tells me FTP service is running. I haven't even installed the new QuFTP Application
- It tells me my QNAP is publishing services to the myQNAPCloud website, but I have completely disabled my QNAP Cloud Link setup after being hit with the QLocker fiasco.

Firmware is 5.0.0.1828
TS-851 : Firmware = 5.0.0.1828
8G QNAP Officially branded RAM
- 4 x 3TB @ RAID5
