TeamViewer with QTS 5.0

Post by adamduff »

I was excited to see QTS 5.0 had been released, so I quickly updated my NAS and then I was able to see/download TeamViewer (yay!).

However, on trying to open the app, I'm just getting a blank/white box?!! - does anyone else have this problem too? (I'm assuming I should be seeing the Licence Agreement in here, before being able to set it up - but I've got nothing!) :-(

have you tried a different browser without any plugins? That could easily be an ad blocker or such disallowing third party embedded content in the web UI.

Y'all need to open tickets with QNAP.
Use the forum search feature before posting.

Use RAID and external backups. RAID will protect you from disk failure, keep your system running, and data accessible while the disk is replaced, and the RAID rebuilt. Backups will allow you to recover data that is lost or corrupted, or from system failure. One does not replace the other.

Update: I raised a ticket with QNAP who have said this:
This seems to be a known issue, but so far no information when a fix will be available.
Please wait for further update. I will update you once there is new from Dev team.
