System Temperatur too high

Post by 1a-archiv » Thu Jun 23, 2022 6:48 pm

We use two TS-432PXU-RP in the same rack, one indicating a too high temperatur.
What can I do, all FANs running OK?

Best to switch your interface from German to English before posting logs into an English forum (or post the logs to the German QNAP forum)

What does the fan RPM of each unit say? That info is missing

11kRPM .. wow they must sound like a jet engine ..

I have a 2U TS-853BU and the fans are a magnitude slower (granted, probably larger fans)

Does the temperature improve/worsen when you set the speed manually ? (just to exclude false readings)

I do not understand CPU has lower temp than system.

CPU temperature 56°C / 132°F
System temperature 65°C / 149°F

Is there a circuit and board diagramm available, to check real sensor temperature?

No, QNAP does not offer service manuals that show more than user serviceable parts (M2/RAM/etc)
