QuFirewall error, can't log in

While trying to work a Roon problem (access through the QuFirewall), I stupidly disabled one of the critical firewall rules and now I can't access the array via any method (http, qfinder, ssh, etc.)

What do I do now?

yea..a short (3 second) reset should disable the firewall
