TS-453D - Slow drive

Hi! I have a TS-453D with 4 identical 14TB drives in it. I have configured it with RAID 6 and noticing some odd behavior. My first indication is when I ran the S.M.A.R.T. drive complete test it took my drive 3 over 3 days to complete. I did the same for the other drives and it took about have that time. Also, when I ran Sequential read and IOPS read result, it is noticeably lower. Is this an indication of a failing drive or is this common behavior? Any insights/ideas/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
