ON both QNAS' Went to Photo Station and Multimedia Console and get this..

The requested URL was not found on this server.

It was okay yesterday.

TS451A Latest firmware
TS231P Latest firmware

EDIT. I just noticed this in admin

Error 2022-10-01 16:17:39 webmaster 192.168.xx.xx Web Desktop App Center App Installation [App Center] Failed to install Multimedia Console. There is no available volume. Check the volume status in Storage & Snapshots.

There is plenty of space in Vol

Hopefully your NAS is not exposed to internet?
Photo Station was one of the last attack vectors for ransomware.

And as always: "latest" firmware is a useless information. Tomorrow the "latest" is may be outdated, please name exact versions!

There was/is an issue with a nearly full filesystem /mnt/ext with latest firmware, see also An error occured.
May be this is hitting you too?

I decided to manually add it again and now it and Photo, etc all work fine.

I think you're right. That hit me too
