Good Morning everyone,
we have had problems with our QNAP TS-832X since the last firmware upgrade.
I did a firmware update to version 4.5.2.1594 build 20210302 in the beginning of March. At first we did not notice any problems, since the fileservice via the FInder on MacBooks and Explorer on Windows worked just fine without any problems. However, a lot of things seem to have stopped working since I did that firmware update. Since that update a lot of apps in the app center just won't start (QBoost, HybridBackupSync, etc) and if I change any of the settings in the control panel the changes don't apply. The app center also shows, that some apps are being updated, but they are all stuck at 20% and won't progress. Canceling the updates also does not work. Basically I can't do anything on the interface, except access the file station and look at the usage stats and so on.
Yesterday I update the firmware to the newest version (4.5.2.1630) via Qfinder Pro, since the regular interface was not showing a new firmware to install. I installed the firmware via Qfinder Pro with the same problems after the installation. I also tried downloading the firmware manually from the QNAP website and installing it "manually". With the same outcome, except that now only one app is stuck on an update and all the other external apps still won't start.
Is there anything we can do to fix these problems except a complete reset?

I would open a ticket with qnap so they can check
