QNAP TS-473 firmware recovery

Good day all,

I have found the toppic bellow.

here someone suggested another recovery image. however that is not the correct one.
some people have made an image of a working one. i would love to get that image so i can re-install the nas.
after i requested this in the topic someone deleted the request and locked the topic.
however this is wrong since the provided image is from a slightly different model and is not working.
Without the correct image the device is a verry exepnsive coffee stand.

you will need to ask qnap for the recovery image for the TS-x73 model. its not available since the x73 has no video out, unless you have a graphics card. if you explain this to the qnap support they "should" provide you with an image.
