QVPN QBelt: how to connect to other lan devices? (other than the NAS)

Hello I set up a VPN QBelt connection in my office and I can reach the NAS for accessing files and I can even log into the NAS admin web interface from remote. However I'm not able to connect to other devices in the network for logging in from remote through the VPN. That is, while I can log into the QNAP NAS web interface from remote by entering IP address 10.6.0.1 in the web browser url, it looks like I cannot access the web interfaces of the other devices in the network (a router and a voip telephone exchange) with 10.6.0.x neither with 192.168.1.x (My office LAN has IP addresses in the range: 192.168.1.x but entering the lan IP addresses of the devices seems to get no response expect the NAS)
Which IP addresses should I enter for connecting to those devices?
