Hello,
i live in Flanders, the dutch speaking part of Belgium. Most citizens speak Dutch (Wikipedia says 59%). But more and more immigrants and people of Wallonia are living in Flanders. They speak French and most of the time they won't even bother to learn Dutch.
When I go to qnap.com, on a windows computer browser and language settings on Dutch it goes to https://www.qnap.com/fr-fr
Please fix this. Give us a language menu. But no standard French please.

Re: Qnap.com in Belgium
Here is a community forum, not QNAP support.
Nobody here would be able to do anything.
You should open a ticket with QNAP.

Re: Qnap.com in Belgium
Cant see any problem here, what are you complaining about?
Looking up in upper left menu (choose your country and region), I cant find Belgium, is that what are you claiming for?
Otherwise you can choose France for french or Netherlands for dutch language, so again: what is the problem here?
If you are redirected to .../fr-fr, then this is up to your browser settings, which localizes the page, not QNAP!
Regards

Re: Qnap.com in Belgium
Sorry it took so long to get back. I was in the hospital for a few weeks.
I contacted qnap and the gave me a mail adres. So I've sent them an e-mail.
It is possible to change the language settings MANUALY. But it goes automaticaly to french. Why French? If you go to other Belgian sites you at least get a selection menu (most of the time) the first time you visit their site. Like https://www.audi.be/ or even https://www.amazon.com.be/
If it is my browser, why do these sites give me at least the choice to choose what language I want? If you have a VPN, try it yourself. Set it to belgium and see what language you get.

Re: Qnap.com in Belgium
In that case you need to complain at QNAP (what you already did), this is a user forum and no one has any access to manage qnap.com sites.
Also QNAP does not come here.

Re: Qnap.com in Belgium
I am not why you still complain here...
Have you opened a ticket with qnap support ? If not, they may not report it to their internal teams to change the behavior..
