TS451 - Infared not working after FW upgrade

Hi All,

I am facing a strange issue after a firmware upgrade (to 4.3.3.0210) and i am not able to solve it.
I am using the TS451 with Kodi (among other things) and a logitech ultimate remote. Since the upgrade the infared seems not to work as it used to before the upgrade.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot ?

not at all.
And i also tested with a second harmony remote i have. All the other devices are working with both remoter therefore i assume it is a QNAP issue.

best to contact qnap via ticket then

but mention any other HD station app, if they hear KODI they will block and close the ticket right away

I had a similar issue (but had firmware 4.3.3.0174). The QNAP remote and the harmony remote both stopped working after we moved (shut down QNAP at old home and then restarted at new home, without a firmware update). I seemed to have solved the problem by restarting the system as both remotes worked in Kodi.
