TS-219P+ Reverts back to Un-Configured State when Restarted

Post by adrezs69 »

Hi,
3 times now before applying the latest firmware, I restart the NAS as per recommendation.
Can't connect after re-start
Open Qfinder and find that it reverted to another IP address, and Qfinder states that the device is un-configured, do I want to run the configuration Wizard.

The only way to fix it is to Power Off at the Power button (Not Great practice) then it comes back to normal configured state.
This happens before the firmware upgrade restart and also after the firmware upgrade re-start, both times I need to be on premises to power down and power up.

While powered down, I pull out the disks and re-seat them, next time still the same.

Any thoughts?

Probably the last 3 firmware updates, I think it may have started from one of the past firmware updates, not sure.
When it started I just thought it was just a glitch, but now it is every time ?
