Cannot Access NAS - ALL IP Blocked

Hello all,
I have a QNAP TS-563.
While configuring IP access control, it seems I may have blocked ALL IPs inadvertently accessing the NAS. I did see a couple of lines on the access IP list (10.1.x.x.x.x or something ?)
Even if I plug in a LAN cable, make my IP 169.254.100.99/255.255.0.0 - I see the NAS on the QFINDER Pro app but cannot get access. I can ping it.
Any ideas ?

a 3 second reset with the button on the back should fix it ..

then make sure you really need access control .. why are people inside your network attacking your NAS? .. and (if applicable) why are you exposing your nas to the wild wild web ?

Thanks. Trying now. I use it to access plex media files remotely. Not going to be doing that anymore so will block it from the web.
