What is this log exactly saying?

and thats about right, that's what it did apparently, but its odd that i receive about 300+ notifications each day that the IP camera i have set up on my home's hall copies footage to the ftp, so i logged in from my windows's explorer with a different user and created a random directory and i didn't receive any notification.

The user i specifically created for the camera only has access permissions to the ftp and to camhall folder.

what is going on? i don't get it...
