Hello,
Yesterday, I Received QNAP TS-230 without HDD Installation Kit. Opened ticket with QNAP Support, and trying to explain them, that HDD installation kit is not there and I can't use my QNAP.
At the moment they suggest me to buy new kit. Let's see where it will end.
