Hi, guys. I have Qnap TS431-P2 with 3xHDD WD 4TB.
I have a 1Gbit router at home and 2x 1Gbit network cards in my PC. If I open the Qnap web interface via the chrome browser on my PC and download or upload through it, the speed is around 100-120MB/s.
But if I put everything directly through windows 10 from a PC (without chrome) to copy or download data to Qnap, the speed will never be faster than 30MB/s. It's very frustrating. I work mainly with photos, where one image also has 400MB and it takes me a long time to take an image. I use torrents, I copy movies to NAS, from NAS and so on, it never goes faster. Only when I use the web interface. Can anyone tell me where the error is or what I have set incorrectly? Sorry for my bad english.

the two network cards..how are they connected and configured?
