QSYNC desktop client crashes after few seconds

hi forum,

for a few weeks now I have a strange problem. i use qsync for years now on windows 10 / 64 (latest version of qsync available 5.0.1.0319). now it suddendly crashes after a few seconds after it has started but only in my specific user. I cannot change the config because it crashes to fast neither can I check the logs. NAS TS-451 has fw version 4.5.4.1723, Qsync central has v. 4.3.0.6.

So in my admin account its stable but that doesn't help me because i only use my "normal" windows user for my daily work and linked directories to my NAS. Has anybody an idea how to solve that issue? btw: qsync on the NAS works perfectly with an other PC - so the NAS is not the problem.
