Failed to install Qsync Central

Hi, i have NAS QNAP D4, firmware 5.0.0.1716
In my system i have notification to necessarily update of Qsync Central 4.4.0.0.
But it the same time i cant update this app because of warning "[App Center] Failed to install Qsync Central. It does not match the firmware version."
How i can fix it?

5.0 is still in Beta .. even on those Russian devices .. so best to report any issues to QNAP via ticket

Same thing just happened to me. Was working fine until it decided it needed updated today.

Hello everyone!

Today i have update on my QNAP D4. I installed it. The version of QTS is now 5.0.0.1785. It is new beta as i read on website preview.
So, Qsync has mandatory upgrade too in the App Shop and it's working now!!!!! Yeeeeee!
