OwnCloud X reindex files

I had a problem with some files I was moving from Google Drive to owncloud and am not sure what actually happened but once they were on my QNAP Owncloud server they could not be synced. Even logging into the owncloud web interface you could not delete them.

I managed to SSH into the qnap and delete the folder with the files but Owncloud still thinks they are there.

I found some information on using OCC to reindex but when I try and run OCC from the SSH shell it tells me that is not a known command.

I also can not find anything in the administration area of the web interface for reindexing.

Can anyone give me a little help here? Thanks!
