QNAP TS853A stuck at "System Booting"

My secondary NAS is a QNAP TS853A which is used once a week to back up my primary NAS. I usually put on only 50 hours on the NAS annually. This morning, I powered it up and it was stuck at "System Booting". I know that older QNAP NAS that used the Celeron J1900 had this problem, but my CPU is a Celeron N3150 which supposedly does not have the issue.

I had to manually shut down the NAS and reboot it to get it running. Is this still an issue with the QNAP with Celeron processors? Is there a fix for this problem? TIA.
