TS-673 not booting - BIOS request

Hello!

I've a TS-673 which does not boot.
The fans start spinning, but nothing on the LCD and the DOM's LED not blinking even without disks.
I tried with another PSU with the same results.
I cloned the DOM modul to another one but no change.

Now i'm thinking, maybe the BIOS is corrupt, but i can't find a place to download it.
I've dumped my BIOS and i see that the bios version is the following: QY03AR53
I assume the BIOS is the same for all TS-x73 NAS?!

Can someone send me a BIOS file or dump his one and send it to me?
Or if you have any idea what should i check, please let me know.
