QTS464 Dissapearing from Qfinder Pro

Hi , recently got a new QTS464, all was well initially , but then found it was "dissapearing" . When I restart the NAS its visible in Qfinder and I can log on , but after a few mins I get server busy on the web ui and its no longer visible in Qfinder . I can log on to it via myqnap cloud .
I have enabled the QUFirewall with the basic rule. Im running on the latest version off QTS , with 4, 4TB disks in Raid 5 config, any suggestions on where I should be looking to resolve this
I have an old TS220 NAS on the network and I can connect to that ok

remove QuFirewall and check that no other device is getting the IP of your NAS (static or DHCP assigned)

Thanks for that, it was the QuFirewall causing the issue. I've disabled it for now may look into setting up custom rules
