No standby for TS-253D

Discussion about hard drive spin down (standby) feature of NAS.

No standby for TS-253D

I just replace my TS-251A by a TS-253D. The New NAS is very neat and all but there is no more standbymode available in Qfinderpro. Is this normal? is there a way to enable it? And Like the TS-251A, the TS253D wont ever go to standby mode by itself even if you activate the option.

many new models dont have that deep sleep mode anymore (was it s3?)

just let it spin
