How to Confirm Data on HDD2 in Raid 1

Post by swlkw97 »

I have a new TS209 PRo. I have two 750GB drives installed in a RAID 1 configuration. How do I ensure that HDD2 is a mirror of HDD1? Just want to be sure before I delete the original files I loaded on the QNAP. Can I simply shut-off the QNAP, pull HDD1 out, turn it back on and try to see the data? Is there another way to do this via the administration menu? Thanks

I recently replaced the segate drives that I was using with a new set of WD drives and that is exactly I replaced them.
