qnap 209 pro redundancy

Post by sk55 »

If the my qnap had a hardware failure ( ie power supply died). Can I take the drives and move to new qnap 209 pro?

I know this works with some raid controllers on PC, I think its called COD configuration on disk. You can move the the disk to another raid controller and bring it right up.
