This page can’t be displayed

Hi and thanks for helping me on this issue,
I just finished the main configuration of TS-469 Pro especially the ones for myQNAPcloud service.
I also have installed OpenVPN GUI and am already connected through it.
I am able to open the QNAPmycloud connect 1.1.0 where I can see the File Explorer folder and Network Drive Mapping which are functioning fine.
I have also registered both the TS-469 Pro and myQNAPcloud service.
When I open myQNAPcloud I can see all the program icons I wanted to control through the cloud service (QTS Web, File Station, Web Server, Multimedia Station, Photo Station, Music Station) however when I click to open any of them I always get the ever-annoying message: "This page can’t be displayed".
I am not aware that my ISP (iPrimus Australia) has any restrictions on internet services.
Is this issue something that happens rather common and what do I need to do to fix it?

Assuming your have your OpenVPN connection successfully active on "default" QNAP OpenVPN Server address of: 10.8.0.1

NAS Admin GUI: https://10.8.0.1/

Multimedia Station: Don't waste your time - It's depreciated
Photo Station: http://10.8.0.1/photo/
Music Station: http://10.8.0.1/musicstation/

Hint: Read this message when you are remote to your network, and have OpenVPN active, and you can simply "click" on each of these URL's provided. :shock:

Thank you so much Patrick. I forgot to mention that I had connected the QNAP to the ASUS RT-AC66U router. After connecting the NAS straight to the modem provided by iPrimus (the internet provider) things seems to be working fine.

I have noticed that the OpenVPN Assigned IP has changed from 10.8.0.1 to 10.8.0.6. Is this a problem?

I tried clicking on the following links:

but still get the same message - This page can't be displayed. I replaced the 10.8.0.1 with 10.8.0.6 but still am getting the same result. Any idea why this is happening?

What does your Routing table took like?
Is Port 1194/UDP forwarded within your Router to NAS:1194/UDP?

My Routering Table here with OpenVPN enabled:

Note the Routing table entries using the "tun0" (OpenVPN) interface.

Lets check that my NAS is actually listening on 1194/UDP:

Please login to your NAS via SSH, (login as "admin"), and execute the following commands:

Please cut&paste the output of these commands back to this message thread.
