We have released a new QPKG version to fix the problem on 1.1.37. You may download the latest QPKG from the URL below, and install manually within the App Center.

After installing the latest update I can now access the files on my QNAP 431 from outside the firewall, however I still cannot access the published services e.g. photo station, file station, music station etc. I was able to access these just fine prior to the upgrade of CloudLink. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get back these services?

Yes - all the relevant services are published. The error message I am getting would suggest that the service is not available because the relevant port is not open. However, the port being referenced is closed by the ISP and the services worked before the upgrade. This suggests that something in the implementation changed. I am curious about whether others are experiencing this same issue.

This is all not CloudLink related - much more you are seeking for the potentially previously working direct connection. In case this is Automatic Router Configuration (UPnP IGD) -> There is a diagnostics option in the myQNAPcloud Automatic Router Configuration providing some more insight. Open a new thread, provide the diag output (and remove the real public IP address from it).

QTS version and build number?

The NAS has Internet access?

The App Center does load on your NAS, and show CloudLink ie. under Essentials?

Any potentially useful or related information in the NAS System Logs?
