I checked the eBay link and they don't ship to the United Kingdom. In regard to a support ticket how would I explain that my eBay second hand bid winning didn't come with the screws. QNAP sell the screws for $31 or £25 for a quantity of 96 on their online shop, but that seems very expensive for some small screws.

The exact screws are #6 UNC 3/16" long countersunk with a phillips head

i think these are the screws i found on ebay are the ones we all need they look the same but the above screw configuration is exact

number 5 UNC will probably fit too but they have to be 3/16 long otherwise they poke out from the drive tray and stop it closing
