Hi guys, i trying to use qsync via remote, when i try login using the correct username and password. it keep showing Login Failure. But when i login in web based it work fine. Any solution for it?

I had the same problem. In myqnapcloud.com I temporally switched to Public access control. Now QSync client can find the NAS via the QID (name.myqnapcloud.com).
When QSync is working, you can set the access control back to Private.
It worked for me
PS. On Windows10 there is a Search via Qid option in the QSync via myqnapcloud login

I had reboot two times , but still the same error appear. Any solution for this?

Yep, changing Access Control to Public worked for me, too, even without any services published.
