Did you manage to find the beta? I have a 431+ and have the frequent disconnects.

Make a ticket about the disconnection problem. It's a bug for many other models too.

Devs do not read this forum so complementing or complaining here does not have any impact, so that's why the tickets are important.

Super, how do I make a ticket? Don't see any instructions in FAQ.

You can use the HelpDesk app in QTS, or the more traditional way :
https://helpdesk.qnap.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
TS-431+ for storage and media and a bunch of IP cams under Surveillance Station. TVS-473 as files backup and QVR Pro.

Got my VPN problem solved by remote support. They tried to solve the problem with some test softwares first but it didn't help. After remote support the problem got solved in less than 24 hours. My Qnap is more than 7 years old and still get good service.

Don't know what they exactly did but the latest FW update broke the VPN again. I did another remote support request and got new instructions so I can fix the problem myself.

My device is behind NAT and although I have DHCP on my router, I had static ip set on the QNAP. Because of this the QNAP is missing routing table which causes VPN to disconnect and act strange.

So I set QNAP to use DHCP and set static ip for it via MAC address in the router. After this the VPN started working normally. Hope this helps someone else also.

Thanks for the link, AlastairStevenson. Worked like a charm!
I found that article, read it and click the link. I'm sure that australian vogueplay casino is good as it is. I really like its features. I think it's my cup of tea.

Thanks for reply Waldemarr. Mine is already using DHCP so it's obviously a different problem.
Qnap tech support are supposed to be looking into it for me.
Will report here if I get a resolution.
