Plexserver looking for a Plexserver

Post by NismoC32 »

I have just installed Plex Media Server in my TVS-863NAS.
The installation went fine but ehen I click on the PMS Icon I get this meesage:
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
But if I use "http" instead of the default "https" (By removing the 's' in the url. I'm able to get the Plex site.
I created an account and logged in, But when I get in it says it's looking for a plex server up in the right corner
and in the middle of the page it says "Get your Plex Media server" followed by a Download button.

I tought it was the server I have installed, this looks like a client.

I then tried installing the server downloaded from the Plex home page with the same result (only it was a newer version)

What gives ?

Have you tried reading through the Plex Faq? http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/175405 ... rst#latest

I would double check your IP address range to make sure it is a supported one.
