iDrive app - cant see folders & file listing

I have a QNAP TS 453A running the latest QTS.
I installed the latest iDrive app on the machine 2.03.24 (and also 2.03.25 from iDrive website).
When I login and at the Backup page of the iDrive app, I cant see any of my shared folder listing or any files. Its empty.

Contacted iDrive support and they don't seem to know whats happening.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Anyone got a solution?

Looking at the version history, 2.03.24 was suppose to solve the folder files listing issue for the latest QTS.

Yes my TS-231P has the exact same problem. Started maybe a month or two ago. I don't know if it started after a Idrive update or a QNAP update but it was also not working using the previous Idrive version. I guess 2.0.023. Idrive support has not been able to resolve.

I'm leaving it alone for now(not working). I have what ever the Qnap latest firmware is, and Idrive 2.03.24. I have to wait for 2.03.25 to show up in the Qnap store. The one on the Idrive site never works with my nas.

Ive reverted back to QTS 4.3.3. Still not working.

Mine seems to be working now with version 2.03.26. It's still backing up files so I have to wait about a day to see if it truly sees the existing backed up files in the idrive server.

Broken again. 2.04.01 no longer works.

I use to have this problem, contacted support and the uninstall and reinstall, problem solved, now I have a problem where random set of files just failed to backup with no explanation, thinkin on cancelling the service as there are always problems

2.04.02 is back to working on mine. This time I will keep the latest version that works so I can roll back future installs if needed.

lucky you, my client still fails to backup random files. I gave up with iDrive, now I'm doing much better with Duplicati and BackBlaze B2
