There is no "latest" - there are only QTS versions and build numbers/dates and Firefox versions.

The workaround I've suggested - in use by several users here - don't work for you?

Keeps connecting. I know it's recording because there are video files on the QNAP

Two? No, I think this thread is closer to four years old. I take that given the lack of any official response, Surveillance Station should be considered deprecated and no longer supported by qnap.
