Hello ALL,
I got a problem with my NAS TS-269H on last night since i restarted it. it gets status light keep blinking green and red in 0.5 second until this morning (assume it is blinking with same pattern at the moment) while the LAN and HDD lights are normal (LAN light is blinking with Orange and HDD lights (HDD1 and HDD 2) are keep light in Green).
I have checked the user manual but i am not sure that it is rebuilding the RAID as the HDD lights are not blinking. Please find the details of NAS device as below,
Accessing with: Windows 7
Model: TS-269H
Firmware: I updated it last week, so I believe 4.2.6 build 20180711
Network setup: Single port
RAID Setup: RAID1
Number of drives - 2
I have 2 matching WD RED NAS HARD DRIVE with 3TB.
Would you think i better to wait for few more days or i should turn it off and restart again. Feel free for any suggestion. Many thanks.
Status led blinking red and green while HDD LED is working fine

restart it with both drives
if that does not work, restart it with one or the other drive instaled
if that does not work, restart it with no drives installed, wait for the beep and insert both drives

Re: Status led blinking red and green while HDD LED is working fine
Thanks Dolbyman,
I have tried the above suggestions and no blink with green and red when unplugged both drives. Unfortunately, i got blinking in Green in every 0.5 secs. I tried to follow the reset process (with no drives) but it still blinking in Green and don't know what's the next step. Would you think that the device is dead?
Is anyone can provide any suggestion? Many thanks.

Yes, i tried all as below,
restart it with both drives--> blink green and red in every 0.5 secs
if that does not work, restart it with one or the other drive instaled -->blink green and red in every 0.5 secs
if that does not work, restart it with no drives installed, wait for the beep and insert both drives--> blink green in every 0.5 secs

put in a new drive and see if you can initilize the device that way (to see if the nas starts up and runs)

Re: Status led blinking red and green while HDD LED is working fine
Hi dolbyman,
Finally i have fixed the issues by using QFinder Pro (as the device is on LAN and keep blinking green). I found the device then reset to factory default (must plug at least one drive). It is up and running after reset is completed but all setup is gone) and i need to re-do the setup again.
Now all files are there and nothing loss.
Many thanks for your suggestion indeed.
