Hi all,
I am having an issue with using File Station remote mount for an FTP I want to connect.
Up until a few months ago I was able to connect to an FTP service I have, using the correct port and credentials I have and use it to copy files over to my NAS.
Lately I have been getting the following error as you can see in the picture. I am logged in as the admin so it's not an issue with permissions, nor my storage space is full.
I don't have an ISP managed router so the rules haven't changed on my router. I am able to connect to the FTP server over filezilla on my computer so I can only assume the problem is with the NAS.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: File Station FTP Remote mount error
Did anyone find the answer to this? The documentation for Remote Mount is abysmal...

Have looked at the PASV setting on your ftp server?
Does anonymous work if you allow it on the ftp server?
