How do I remove an entry from QNAP Cloud

Post by ctahell »

Hello,

I have an entry in my https://www.myqnapcloud.com/u#/my_devic ... xxxxxxxxxx which I want to remove from the list. It is a double of an existing QNAP device and the link is not working any more and therefore obsolete. There is no way I can remove the useless entry.

afaik,

you go to myqnapcloud and unlink your device from there.

also in your QTS, disable myqnapcloud and other related settings there if you are no longer using it.

if it still is not clear like you mentioned, then yes escalate to helpdesk :'
