Where best to post questions about Qsync folder pairing?

I note that there is no specific forum section in the index that mentions Qsync. I find this strange and makes it a lottery when posting a problem question.

In my case after reinstalling QNAP, Qsync Central and Qsync client for Windows, I can no longer make folder pairs of my choosing. I see the default shared folders but cannot find a way to select a shared windows folder to add to a NAS folder. The add folder button does not bring up anything.

Another question is why can I not move a user folder out of home to the Volume 1 folder? I am trying this to see if that folder will appear when I try to make a folder pair.
