QVR Pro 1.1.2 and Reolink cameras issues

Post by nikonvulcano »

Hi,
a few months ago I bought 6 cameras Reolink RLC-410 5 MP. They are very valid.

I have a TVS-463 with 16 GB RAM and QTS 4.3.5.0760 (2018/11/14) and QVR Pro 1.1.2.
The system is all updated, but the issues have been there for months.

Here are what they are:

1-very high CPU load (up to 99%)

2-some camera (in random mode) cannot connect all at the same time; at least one or two don’t connect. The only solution (but I don’t want) is setting all cameras a lower bitrate. Actually the settings are: resolution 2560*1920 framerate 25 fps bitrate 4096 kbps codec H264. To work correctly all at the same time I have to set up 2048 kbps, but the image are bad.

3-the motion detection in GUI camera it is disable from NAS: I enabled Motion Detection in camera GUI, but when I stop and restart QVR Pro or I reboot the NAS, or I stop and Restart the camera package plugin, the motion detection in camera GUI it is disabled.

It is from August that I have tickets open but we cannot reach any solution.

P.S. the cameras is ok and updated to last firmware and work good with their monitoring software.

Can someone help me?

Thank you all
bye

Hello

If stop QVR Pro, how high CPU usage?
Besides, please try QVR Pro 1.2.0
Get from it:
