Aruba and Qnap don't get along

Hello,

I have forwarded the necessary ports on Aruba Cloud interface, the DLNA/UPNP is activated but the Qnap cannot automatically forward the necessary ports for connection.

here is my diagnostic if anyone could help I am just about to switch my client's network to Ubiquiti since Aruba is too much too handle...

I wouldn't use UPnP at all and definitely not for a client.

UPNP/DLNA is not working anyhow so I got the ports to forward to the QNAP but now my issue is that I can't open OwnCloud from WAN. What port does use OwnCloud usually?
