LDAP Online/You are not authorized to use this Function

Hi guys,
Recently I am facing following issue with QNAP mode TS-251B.
LDAP Setting:
LDAP server: work.family.home.local
LDAP setting: LDAP:// 389
Base DN: dc=work,dc=family,dc=home,dc=local
Root DN: cn=user,dc=work,dc=family,dc=home,dc=local
Password: password for user
Users base DN: ou=User Accounts,dc=work,dc=family,dc=home,dc=local
Group base DN: ou=SPA,ou=Test,dc=work,dc=family,dc=home,dc=local

The actual user OU is like follow
work.family.home.local/Test/SPA/User Accounts

I am getting a message "Online/You are not authorized to use this Function"
And I am not able to list users under this domain.
