https for all aps instead of http

How to make it for all apps which have now http access to have https acces, for bitorrent or transmission or plex for example?

when you open transmission page you get http://192.168.1.100:49091 instead of https://192.168.1.100:49091
when you open qbitorrent you get http://192.168.1.100:6564/ instead https://192.168.1.100:6564/
