Qnap LAN-10G1SR-D 10 GBE connect problem.

Hi ,

You my last hope:) I try find any info and no luck.

I got ts-x73 i buy new card QNAP, SFP+ (LAN-10G1SR-D) (https://www.cnet.com/products/qnap-lan- ... k-adapter/) lan card 10 GBE

i try to connect that for LAN 10GBe 1-PORT Mellanox ConectX-2 Model HP: MNPA19-XTR and use cable CISCO DAC SFP-H10GB-CU3M

and all time got is cable disconnected.

I connect that combo LAN 10GBe 1-PORT Mellanox ConectX-2 Model HP: MNPA19-XTR + CISCO DAC SFP-H10GB-CU3M for qnap 431x and work like a charm.


I try connect also QNAP, SFP+ (LAN-10G1SR-D) + Qnap 431x and thats same no connection.


Any idea what i doing wrong? or what part or what i need to that work. I find in forum about reciver but not explane what reciver and for what i need to use.

What made you purchase this card ? The LAN-10G1SR-D

The only compatible SFP+ card that I see from QNAP is the LAN-10G2XSF-MLX
If it's not on the compatbility list, it's not going to work.

On compability list is card QNAP LAN-10G1SR Single-port (SFP+) 10GbE network expansion card, Tehuti TN4010, PCIe Gen2 x4, low-profile bracket pre-loaded, low-profile flat and Full-height are bundled
is that same like LAN-10G1SR-D. Second card proper detected on Qnap and all shows work on qnap support thay confirm card is work only i got problem to connect to other card

Well, the $89 QNAP QXG-10G1T is compatible with the TVS-473 and is night and day faster than any Tehiti 10G product. OF course, it's 10Gbase-T and not SFP+, so I am not sure what you are plugging into.
But the cheap QNAP card will work without issue.
