Lost Network Connection to QNAP TS-453A

Hi.

We are having some issues with file shares (Different post) and I decided to put a static route into the QNAP in order to try and solve the issue, but now the QNAP is not contactable, its lost network connection and I am unable to connect to the QNAP in order to remove the static route.

Does anyone know how I can re-gain access to the device in order to remove this static route.

At the moment I don't have direct physical access to the device only remote access via a Windows server desktop

Can anyone please help / assist.

a 3 second reset should clear network settings (also reverts back to dhcp)..also resets admin password
